AmeriVolt ASTM D178 switchboard mats are manufactured using high-quality elastomer and advanced compound materials, making them highly dielectric and shock resistant. These mats are available in five classes, ranging from Class 0 to Class 4, with working voltage capacities from 1 kV up to 36 kV and thickness options between 3.2 mm and 12.7 mm.

The standard color for this range of switchboard mats is black; however, customized sizes and color options can be provided to meet specific application requirements.
