Abra40 Max is a high-performance, specialty abrasion-resistant rubber sheet designed for both sand and shot blasting applications. Its robust construction makes it suitable for demanding environments where flexibility and durability are equally important. With a hardness of 40° Shore A, 750% elongation at break, and a 20 MPa tensile strength, this rubber sheet delivers enhanced flexibility without compromising on abrasion resistance.

Positioned in the same performance category as Abra60 Max, Abra40 Max offers similar protective benefits with comparatively lower hardness, making it ideal for applications that require added cushioning and adaptability.

Commonly used for cushioning, lining, and padding purposes, Abra40 Max abrasion rubber sheets help protect blasting areas while also enhancing worker safety. Despite its high resilience, this natural rubber sheet is not recommended for use in environments involving exposure to ozone, chemicals, or oils.
