An Absolute Pressure Transmitter is a high-precision sensor used to measure pressure relative to a perfect vacuum (0 reference point). Unlike gauge pressure transmitters that use atmospheric pressure as a reference, absolute transmitters are unaffected by barometric fluctuations, making them ideal for applications requiring high accuracy and stability, such as in vacuum systems, weather monitoring, chemical processing, and high-altitude measurements. The transmitter converts the sensed pressure into an industry-standard electrical signal (analog or digital) for integration into control or monitoring systems.
